  • Company name, contact name and telephone number
  • Catalogue item code
  • Product description
  • Quantity required
  • Delivery address with a contact name and telephone number
  • Delivery date
  • Delivery method
    – standard 2-3 days (free if over £1000 order value)
    – overnight at extra charge
  • Your purchase order number
  • Invoice address

An order acknowledgement will be sent to confirm your requirements.  Please check this carefully and notify the internal sales team if any changes are required before the due delivery date, on (+44) 01993 824900 or via e-mail.

For orders up to £1000 on standard 2-3 day delivery service   £10.00
For orders to to £1000 on next day** delivery service               £15.00

** Please note, orders must be received before 1.00 p.m. in order to arrange next day delivery.
